Description
The MB 27HP is a Myler correctional mouthpiece, which is a ported mouthpiece that collapses on to the outer lip and bars, and rotates on to the tongue. The port, although narrow, offers room for the horseÂ’s tongue to pass under the bit. When the reins are engaged and the mouthpiece rotates on to the tongue, it applies two concentrated points of pressure on the tongue for quick control. Because this port is 2″ high, it can apply some palate pressure, but allows for extra tongue relief. Sweet iron mouthpiece oxidizes and encourages salivation.
