Designed by barrel racing champion Sherry Cervi, the O-Ring Square Snaffle Short Shank Bit is ideal for starting young horses or riding those with sensitive mouths that don’t require heavy leverage. The short 6” shank provides gentle control while encouraging proper bend, flexion, and lift through turns. Its O-ring square snaffle design allows the bit to sit evenly in the horse’s mouth, offering clear communication and precision without harsh pressure. Riders also get a slight gag effect, giving additional lift and nose control when needed, while still maintaining softness for sensitive horses. This bit balances comfort and performance for competition, training or everyday riding. BBITFSSG33SS
