Designed for starting colts or horses with sensitive mouths, the Sherry Cervi Small Twisted Wire Dogbone Short Shank Bit offers a soft yet effective feel in the bridle. Its small twist mouthpiece delivers clear signals and a slight gag effect—perfect for big arenas or precise pattern work. The 6” short shank encourages rate, bend, flexion, and body control through turns, helping your horse respond with accuracy and balance. The multi-jointed design puts gentle pressure on the corners of the mouth and tongue to help with nose control. It’s perfect for horses that don’t need a lot of leverage but still need light, effective guidance.
