Description
Designed for spot-cleaning terrariums, this scoop helps keepers lift waste directly out of particle bedding without dumping entire enclosures. The specialized shape fits into sharp tank corners where debris tends to settle against glass. It suits keepers using loose substrates like sand or fine bark who want to extend the life of their bedding between full tank washdowns. It is not intended for enclosures lined with solid reptile carpet, paper, or tile mats. When choosing a scoop, consider your tank shape and bedding type; an angled front profile simplifies clearing along glass walls, while proper sifting openings keep usable substrate in the tank. Rinse clean after use, sanitize periodically, and store dry between routine maintenance.
